Very professional from start to finish! The operators on the phone were very pleasant, very polite. The tow driver was a very nice man, and was kind enough to wait for me to meet him ( there was a small miscommunication about the time of pickup) but he was a great guy, and waited for me! If you have a car that you need gone and a few bucks, give them a call. Once a car is a parts car, there really isn't a better option then rusty's that i've found. I got my car picked up next day, and a few bucks for some bills. I called a few places, and actually had pickup setup setup with a different company, but the first company was going to take a week, so i cancelled them, contacted Rusty's who came next day, and actually got slightly more money.
